The council procures goods, works and services through open competitive tendering in accordance with the Public Procurement Act No. 7 of 2011 and the Public Procurement Regulations, 2020, under the oversight of the Eswatini Public Procurement Regulatory Agency (ESPPRA).

How to tender
- Tender documents
- Tender documents are issued from the council offices at 73 Mpumalanga Road, Ezulwini, on payment of a non-refundable fee. The fee is payable by EFT, deposit or card; cash is not accepted.
- Submitting a proposal
- Proposals must be sealed and delivered to the council offices at 73 Mpumalanga Road, Ezulwini, before the closing time. Late proposals are rejected.
- Opening of proposals
- Proposals are opened in public immediately after the closing deadline.
- Clarifications
- Clarification requests must be made in writing to the Chief Executive Officer.
